1.准备一根爆炒肠和蘑菇

2.蘑菇洗干净切片

3.爆炒肠切片

4.锅中放入油把蒜泥爆香

5.把切好的爆炒肠放入锅中爆香

6.加入蘑菇,生抽和蚝油翻炒,因为爆炒肠有盐味了,加入蚝油和生抽已经够味了,所以不需要加盐了

7.把蘑菇炒熟就可以出锅了,不用放水喔
